Artikolu 74 Kompiti tal-President

1. Il-President għandu l-kompiti li ġejjin:

(a)	ilaqqa' l-laqgħat tal-Bord u jħejji l-aġenda tiegħu;

(b)	jinnotifika d-deċiżjonijiet adottati mill-Bord skont l-Artikolu 58a lill-awtorità superviżorja ewlenija u lill-awtoritajiet superviżorji kkonċernati;

(c)	jiżgura t-twettiq fil-ħin tal-kompiti tal-Bord, b'mod partikolari fir-rigward tal-mekkaniżmu ta' konsistenza msemmi fl-Artikolu 63.

2. Il-Bord għandu jistabbilixxi l-allokazzjoni tal-kompiti bejn il-President u l-viċi presidenti fir-regoli ta' proċedura tiegħu.

Article 74 Tasks of the Chair

1. The Chair shall have the following tasks:

(a)	to convene the meetings of the Board and prepare its agenda;

(b)	to notify decisions adopted by the Board pursuant to Article 65 to the lead supervisory authority and the supervisory authorities concerned;

(c)	to ensure the timely performance of the tasks of the Board, in particular in relation to the consistency mechanism referred to in Article 63.

2. The Board shall lay down the allocation of tasks between the Chair and the deputy chairs in its rules of procedure.
