Článok 94 Zrušenie smernice 95/46/ES

1.   Smernica 95/46/ES sa zrušuje s účinnosťou od 25. mája 2018.

2.   Odkazy na zrušenú smernicu sa považujú za odkazy na toto nariadenie. Odkazy na Pracovnú skupinu pre ochranu jednotlivcov so zreteľom na spracovanie osobných údajov, zriadenú článkom 29 smernice 95/46/ES, sa považujú za odkazy na Európsky výbor pre ochranu údajov zriadený týmto nariadením.

Section 3 European data protection board
Article 94 Repeal of Directive 95/46/EC

1.   Directive 95/46/EC is repealed with effect from 25 May 2018.

2.   References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation. References to the Working Party on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC shall be construed as references to the European Data Protection Board established by this Regulation.
