Artikkel 73 Eesistuja
1. Andmekaitsenõukogu valib lihthäälteenamusega oma liikmete seast eesistuja ja kaks eesistuja asetäitjat. 2. Eesistuja ja tema asetäitjate ametiaeg on viis aastat ja neid võib ühe korra ametisse tagasi nimetada.

Article 73 Chair
1. The Board shall elect a chair and two deputy chairs from amongst its members by simple majority. 2. The term of office of the Chair and of the deputy chairs shall be five years and be renewable once.
