Dôvernosť informácií
1. Ak to výbor považuje za potrebné, sú jeho zasadnutia dôverné v súlade s jeho rokovacím poriadkom.
2. Prístup k dokumentom predloženým členom výboru, expertom a zástupcom tretích strán sa riadi nariadením Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (ES) č. 1049/2001 (21).
