Il-Kummissjoni tista' tadotta atti ta' implimentazzjoni ta' ambitu ġenerali sabiex tispeċifika l-arranġamenti għall-iskambju ta' informazzjoni b'mezzi elettroniċi bejn l-awtoritajiet superviżorji, u bejn l-awtoritajiet superviżorji u l-Bord, b'mod partikolari l-format standardizzat imsemmi fl-Artikolu 64.

Dawk l-atti ta' implimentazzjoni għandhom jiġu adottati f'konformità mal-proċedura ta' eżami msemmija fl-Artikolu 93(2).

The Commission may adopt implementing acts of general scope in order to specify the arrangements for the exchange of information by electronic means between supervisory authorities, and between supervisory authorities and the Board, in particular the standardised format referred to in Article 64.

Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 93(2).
